Room Group Management

CHIME provides a straightforward system for grouping rooms and management of grouped rooms. Users can organize rooms into groups, known as “Pods”, and make bulk changes to these groups as needed, streamlining room management and optimizing resource allocation.

On the CHIME dashboard, selecting “Rooms” or “Pod” opens an interface that allows users to adjust the availability of multiple rooms at once. For example, clinics can set all rooms in “Pod B” to be unavailable.
