Rebooting the Server

Your CHIME Server will most likely be located in a “server” or “technical” room and will usually be labeled as “CHIME” or “CHIME Server”.
On the CHIME Server, PRESS AND HOLD the blue power button—for around 5 seconds—until the server shuts down
Wait 30 seconds
Press the same power button (no need to hold it this time)
Rebooting the server will take a few minutes during which all of the CHIME components will be shut down. Because of this we recommend doing this procedure off-hours or when there are very few or no patients in the clinic.
