Prescription Related Requests
Our slide interface can be used for patient to request a prescription renewal based on their physician’s preferences.
The patient can be directed to either book an appointment and they will be directed to MD’s online booking page, or they can request a refill request without an appointment (for a fee as it is not OHIP covered).
If the patient chooses to send a request for a refill without an appointment, they would be required to provide any required information (e.g. name of the mediation requested).
Once completed, the patient would be directed to an invoice where they must provide payment prior to submitting their request.
Other Expanded Possibilities
It is possible for CHIME to expand the prescription renewal slide interface even further. It allows the patient to be sent on the relevant path based on their response.
In this example, the patient whould select from the drop down menu, and the option the patient chooses will take direct them down the relevant pathway (e.g. if patient is required to book an appointment with their physician).
