Using Custom Workflows for Demographic Creation
We can use our slide interface to create preregistration / intake forms for clinics. These types of forms allow patients to preregister their information before their initial appointment. The design allows users to submit demographic information and contact information that interfaces with the EMR for automated demographic creation.
Users are guided through a step-by-step process, for example, fill in their OHIP details, enter in their demographic details, and consent to the clinics policies.
Submissions will be parsed, formatted, and organized within Veribook. From there, the provider can easily view and manage submissions. Additionally, by integrating with the provider's EMR, demographic information can be swiftly generated from the submitted data with just one click.
