Clinician status

This setting should reflect the real life situation as accurately as possible.

Available means that the clinician is seeing patients in the clinic. If auto-rooming is on, patients will automatically be sent to see the clinician when it's their turn.

Temporarily Unavailable means that the clinician is still seeing patients in the clinic today, but might have been called away briefly and is not able to see patients for that time. Auto-rooming for their patients will be paused until they are available again.

Offsite is used with virtual visits to indicate the clinician does not need to occupy a room in the clinic.

Out of Clinic means the clinician is not available at all to see patients. The clinician should have no patients in their queue, and if they do, there is likely a scheduling error. CHIME will not room those patients.
