English / French Clinic Audio

Once the patient is checked in, and is seated in the waiting room, CHIME has the option to translate the clinic audio to French for patients.

For example:

• When directing the patient to the room they have been assigned to, the audio will translate the following: "Please proceed to room TWENTY ONE. Follow the signs to room TWENTY ONE." → "Veuillez vous rendre dans la salle numéro vingt-et-un. Suivez les panneaux vers la salle numéro vingt-et-un."

• Or, “Please wait for our nurse to come and collect you in the waiting room." → "Veuillez attendre que notre infirmière vienne vous chercher dans la salle d’attente."
